Day 1 Prayer - June 2023

Dear Heavenly Father -

You are incredible. Thank You for bringing us to the conclusion of another school year. Thank You for bringing us to the sixth month of this year. Thank You for being our God.

We ask that You please forgive us of our sins - those we committed on purpose and those that we were unaware of but still were sinful. We desire to please You and You alone, Dear God. Please help us by giving us the courage to do what is right even when it makes us uncomfortable.

As we embark on the warm/hot weather, we pray for the safety of our children. We pray that no infant, toddler, or child is left in a vehicle in error or purposefully. Please prompt our drivers to be watchful and alert over those traveling with them. Please protect our children from gun violence as they travel or play outside. We especially ask that no child goes hungry over this summer break. Please provide opportunities for healthy meals each day for our children.

Please bless our educators over this summer. Allow this summer break to be a chance for educators to relax, rejuvenate, and reset. Allow them to receive innovative ideas from You for the upcoming school year.

Thank You for making us educators in Your Name. It is an honor to serve you in this way. Please continue to have Your way in our lives. It is in the Name of Jesus that we pray, and for His Sake,
